진짜 너무나무 좋았어요. 벽난로도 무료로 사용이 가능하고 유럽 별장에 온 느낌도 나면서.. 토파스처럼 아주 외진곳에 있지 않아서 시내도 가깝고.. 진짜 1박만 하기 너무 아쉬웠네요

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

Khách sạn dịch vụ tốt, mình đi ngày quá mù sương nên chẳng nhìn thấy cảnh núi non xa xa nên không đẹp lắm. Thức ăn ngon, bữa sáng ổn nhất trong các resort mình từng đi. Nhân viên dễ thương mộc mạc.

Great view of Muong Hoa Valley. Clouds roll by day and night. Breakfast is ok as well 👍

性價比極低

This was an extremely disappointing stay - far, far below what you’d expect for the price. Shower drainage didn’t drain - first, they insisted it was normal, then they said removing the slatted wooden platform in the shower area would help - neither did. They also didn’t bother cleaning the shower area of the visible brown residues after removing the wooden platform until we told them. We couldn’t run the water for more than 30s at a time without the bathroom flooding. Incredibly poor housekeeping - bathmat was visibly stained; one set of “new” bedroom slippers was extremely and obviously dirty and used; plate was obviously stained. A common complaint you see across platforms is that the wood provided for the fireplace doesn’t catch - and indeed it doesn’t, even when we got the staff to make the fire to rule out user error on my part. Just goes to show the hotel really doesn’t care to improve. Generally unsophisticated service standards - look at the way the free ice cream is served - little pellets stacked atop each other (because it’s too hard) in two broken cones nested within each other. To be clear, this isn’t a huge deal - but it’s emblematic of the lack of training / understanding of what guests would expect for a hotel at this price point. Another example of the spotty service: signage in the hotel advertised a happy hour at the reception bar. We show up at the reception bar and they say “oh it’s actually at the restaurant bar”. Go to the reception bar and the waiter has no idea about the happy hour promo… Infrastructure also generally poor / below what you’d expect for the price - buggies were all very dusty and clearly never cleaned. Wifi in the room was spotty. Smart TV was laggy to the point of being unusable. Sofas felt cheap; villa’s outdoor seating area with two chairs and nothing else was clearly an afterthought. Location is about 20-30 min out of town - not necessarily a bad thing as Sapa town is not exactly pleasant. Note taxis have to drop you off outside the hotel proper (then you get a hotel buggy to pick you up) - so going out is a hassle and chances are you’ll end up eating dinners in the hotel restaurant every night (food there was hit and miss). To be clear - the rating and comments I’ve given are aligned with the price paid (booked 3 months ahead for a shoulder season stay). There are plenty of hotels in more expensive countries which offer better for the same price or less.
